Francis helps all his clients to look within, as the problem they think that are experiencing is rarely the real problem at all and tends to have a much deeper basis to it. One of the important aspects of spiritual growth is ownership of our own problems, instead of placing blame on outside forces. Many people forget that they are the masters of their own destinies and to place blame on somebody or something else only stripes them of their own power.

Whenever Francis ask a new client what is going on in his or her life, he usually gets one of the above answers. Or maybe several of these answers. They really think they know the problem. But he knows these complaints are only outer effects of inner thought patterns. Beneath the inner thought patterns is another deeper, more fundamental pattern that is the basis of all the outer effects.

Francis listens to the words they use as he asks some basic questions:

• How is Your Health?
• What do you do for a living?
• Do You Like Your Work?
• How are your finances?
• How is your love life?
• How did the last realtionship end? And the relationship before that, how did it end?
• Tell me about your childhood briefly?

He watches the body postures and the facial movements. But mostly listens to the words they say. Thoughts and words create our future experiences. As he listens to them talk, he can readily underestand why they have these particular problems. Whilst the bottom line for everybody is that i'm not Good Enough, Francis helps his clients to let go of this damaging thought pattern, because the point of power is always in the present moment.
